Who are we?

 

 

Forward in Faith was set up on 1992 following a decision of the General Synod of the Church of England to admit women to the Priesthood.

 

Forward in Faith Guildford and the Reading area (Postcode RG) of the Diocese of Oxford.  The Bishop of Richborough, Bishop Norman Banks, provides pastoral and sacramental care for priests and people who wish it. Forward in Faith Guildford is affiliated to Forward in Faith UK, in turn part of a network of similar organisations in other Provinces of the worldwide Anglican Communion that together form Forward in Faith International.
